How to license this solution:
Determine the total quantity of users required by your customer:
Step 1: Count the total number of email or web users to be protected. Take the higher of the two numbers.
Note: Each email user counts equally as one licensable unit regardless of the number of email accounts they have internally.
Step 2: Determine if customer requires Extended Hardware Warranty.
Note HW Warranty part numbers below apply to all models.
Qualify your customer within a user band:
Based upon the total number of users required; qualify your customer within a user band. Each corresponding part number represents one licensable unit. Order the model number required by your customer, as determined above. Ex. 150 users would require the IGSA 200 model, 780 users would require the IGSA 800 model.
