Trend Micro End-of-Life Policy for Business Products and Services
Trend Micro is committed to providing industry-leading products and services. As the market continues evolving towards more complex levels of network security, Trend Micro will periodically announce End-of-Sale and End-of-Life lifecycle information along with migration recommendations for our customers.
Once an End-of-Sale date is announced, you may continue to order products from your authorized Trend Micro reseller partner while limited stock is available.

Product Lifecycle Milestones
Trend Micro has announced lifecycle milestones for the products listed below. Migration options are indicated and are updated periodically.

| NeatSuite Standard Migration Path | |
| Renew NeatSuite Standard | Customer can continue to renew their NeatSuite standard licenses annually until 31st July 2011 with an end of support happening on July 31st 2012.
Additional users cannot be added, customers must migrate as per below. |
| Cross-Upgrade to NeatSuite Advanced at NS Std renewal price | Customers can cross-upgrade to NeatSuite Advanced at the current NeatSuite Standard renewal price – this will be reflected in the August price book with a dedicated cross-upgrade code. PLEASE NOTE: Customers choosing this option will no longer have rights to use ISVW as this is NOT part of NeatSuite Advanced and from next year onwards they will be required to renew at the NeatSuite Advanced Renewal price.
The cross-upgrade price can only be used to migrate existing NS Std licenses, additional licenses are charged at full rate. This offer will only be available until July 31st 2010 – a max of 3yrs can be purchased up front. |
| Cross-Upgrade to Client Server Messaging Suite at NS Std renewal price and get ISVW and TMCM for FREE | Customers can cross-upgrade to CSM Suite at the current NeatSuite Standard renewal price – this will be reflected on the August price book with a dedicated cross-upgrade code. For this initial transaction they will receive a license for ISVW and TMCM Enterprise for FREE.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers choosing this option will now be licensed for CSM Suite, ISVW and TMCM Ent and will therefore be required to renew each component individually at their next expiry date. The cross-upgrade price can only be used to migrate existing NS Std licenses, additional licenses are charged at full rate. This offer will only be available until July 31st 2010 – a max of 3yrs can be purchased up front. |

End-of-Life Policy
In advance of public announcements, Trend Micro will provide an End-of-Sale Announcement to direct partners per agreements.
The End-of-Life date will generally occur three (3) years after the End-of-Sale date.
Before the End-of-Life date, Trend Micro may provide maintenance releases, software patches, or hot fixes, at its discretion, to products that have been announced as EOL.
Software maintenance support contract renewals and Hardware Warranty Extensions may continue to be available until one (1) year before the End-of-Life date.
Renewable security subscriptions will generally be available for purchase from reseller partners until one (1) year before the End-of-Life date.
For hardware-based products, the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process will continue until the End-of-Life date if the product is covered by a Hardware Warranty.
