Trend Micro is announcing it’s new E-Tracking system to centralise its corporate customer support system. The current corporate customer support system and communication lines such as mailboxes will be phased out and replaced late Q4 2009 for full engagement by the channels in 2010 for a more efficient and effective customer service.

The new E-Tracking system has several advantages:
  • Enable the tracking of enquiries status by providing case reference to each enquiry
  • Easy reference to past enquiries
  • Enable to search for enquiries by using submitter email address
  • Enable to search for all enquiries if a unique email address is used
  • Able to search for closed or open cases when searching by subject or key words from centralized field
  • Provide a centralized customer service support system to log all kinds of Corporate enquiries including General, Licensing and Product activation code enquiries
  • Provide a window for users to feedback on Trend Micro Customer Service to enable continuous improvement

Trend Micro's customer service enquiries email addresses will be replaced by a centralised URL. Customers need to log a case at http://eticket.trendmicro.com and select the following to submit their enquiries:
