"LEARN AS YOU GO" QUICK LEARNING OFFERING

In our "Learn as you Go" quick learning offering we provide a selection of introductory modules that are specific to a threat or problem. We also offer a selection of solution oriented training modules consisting of a set of four modules related to one particular solution. They are organized as below:

Module 01: Problem and Solution
Module 02: Solution more detailed and Deployment
Module 03: Competitive Positioning
Module 04: Objection Handling

Additionally we offer a selection of modules for vertical solutions which are organized by industry. All modules are designed as self-paced eLearning and are very short (5 - 7 minutes in duration) in order to accommodate your busy schedule. TREND MIRCO™ SECURITY EDUCATION PROGRAM (TSEP)

Our Trend Micro™ Security Education Program (TSEP) is a  certification program designed to provide quality training to our partners and end users who want to remain on the cutting edge of data and network security. In order to take participate in our TSEP please sign up in our Learning Management Portal to see the class schedule and do online examination.

TSEP begins with a foundation course (Partners only) that is a prerequisite to each other certification level. TSEP includes 2 levels of sales certification designed to qualify resellers as well as 3 levels of technical product certification tailored to meet the needs of security engineers. End users would only consider using the "Technical Track". Not all offerings may be available in every country.

• Foundation Course (TFC)
