Germany Competence Center Achieves ITIL and BS1500 Quality Standards Certifications
March 2004 - Trend Micro Germany's Competence Center, which provides service and support for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe, has achieved certifications through TUV Rhineland, the official certification center for the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) organization for Incident Management and Business Relationship Management processes. These processes comply with British Standards (BS) 15000-1:2002 and ITIL Best Practices for Service Support.
